I like that it helps with your daily operations by being able to track the movement of inmates in and out of our facilities. It also allows us to be more efficient and effective in processing paperwork. Not much. It's not terrible but if you're looking for something better than what you already have, then I would say go for it. This software has helped us streamline our daily activities by keeping track of inmate movements. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the program can get glitchy.

I like that you can create multiple report types to accommodate your needs without having too much overhead in doing so (reports are easy). You cannot filter by criteria outside of state/county - which limits its use if there's other filtering needed beyond what LTS provides out-of box; however we have been able to meet our requirements with it as a good start point!
