I bought this about a year ago. I was looking for a collar that was both tear-away and leather-like and finally found this one. Finding such a combination was not easy. I wanted a collar with bells but I needed a very strong one because my cat tends to chew bells and break them. I've been using this collar for a year now and although I caught her chewing on a bell she never managed to crush it like every other collar I've bought in the past. It has never worn out, discolored etc. It will last a long time and is a good option for cats that like mine like to play around with their collar. Thanks to this collar and bell I was able to locate my cat one night as she slipped out of the house and I heard her in my neighbor's yard about 45 minutes after she ran away. Everything I need and want in a collar.
