I was happy to receive and use this product but was very disappointed when it did not work as advertised. In fact, it just didn't work at all! I connected correctly to the ENet 568B as instructed and it never recognized my mouse or keyboard. (WLAN or USB). They flash but the instructions don't say it's flash power as advertised! I called Revain tech support they didn't know but suggested the reviews on this product are bad and I should send it back! After trying for two hours to get it working I gave up. Basicolor is not available as I could not find the number or website. I just have to stay away from this Chinese e-waste! Glad I tested it first before running the wires in the ceiling and then hooking everything up! I doubt the reviews were legit in 2019 as it was a waste of time and didn't work in 2020!
