Slow Response in Kitchen and Dining Room
Summary This serves my purpose but has major limitations. Its reaction to temperature changes is very slow, so don't expect it to be your ubiquitous thermometer. It is meant to stay in place and will show the actual temperature after about 1 hour. Advantages 1. Inexpensive. ($4 each) 2. Convenient hook and stand to stay in place in the fridge. 3. Seems to be accurate after reaching equilibrium (took at least 1 hour) Cons 1. Very slow response. It took over 1 hour to finally reach my fridge temperature. During this hour, the indicator continues to slowly decrease.
