1 Micron Filter - Water Filtration and Softener
This is a very good filter, you will not want to use this filter in a whole house filtration system. The system I made has two filters. The water comes out of the well first and goes through a 5 micron filter throughout the house, and then the water goes through that 1 micron filter before going elsewhere in the system, such as the bathroom sink. B. Water heaters or softeners, faucets. At this setting, the 5 micron picks up most things and the 1 micron stays clean much longer.
