Finally a key bag that works. I've tried a few other bags and still managed to ride with the key in my pocket. I forgot I had the key in my new bag and tried to start the car and nothing but a key not found message. Other bags made my car start and drive away. They prevented locking and unlocking from the outside of the car. The question is how long the protection lasts. So far, so good. Update: 10/30/2017 - The bag no longer works. I was able to start the car and open the doors with the key fob in my pocket. For some reason I can't lock the car with it in my bag. The bag just sits on my car seat, puts it in my pocket and then sits on the kitchen table so I don't know why it stopped working.
