Lots of unfinished corners, lots of threads hanging from the edges. even lasts until the second wear, so I'm happy with my immediate use. I think with a bit of steaming the folds and creases can fall out (they're not there yet, after more than a week of hanging and partying which I'll be so busy with that most people probably won't notice the frayed edges of some of those ruffles (looks like the seam caught on some kind of Velcro and was unceremoniously torn. The fabric is also stapled in several places. For $11 it will work just fine. If I paid $20 or more , I could get angry .
