Great mouthguard
It took me a few tries the first time but I followed the instructions to reshape it and later got better. Great replacement for an expensive dentist. It fits well and protects my teeth from grinding (I've started wearing and cracking from grinding in my entire life). The only bad thing is they don't last 6 months like they say (although I'm sure it depends on how much you grind) but they give you a free replacement with proof of purchase so I really can't take notice that. you. I just can't send the proof of purchase.
