Meets reasonable expectations but is not a 1:1 replacement

I bought two of these bumpers for my Elite to replace a bumper that broke with normal use. I wasn't expecting much and in the end those modest expectations were met. This was not a high quality product. In some places there were obvious paint defects and small pieces of plastic. Installation was a little tedious and doesn't match the 1:1 paint finish of the original, but works perfectly and seems to be holding up well. If you're into visual effects on your controller, you might want to consider substituting other elements as well, so that element doesn't stand out as much. Replacing the fascia drew attention away from the bumpers and I felt better afterwards.
