What I received IS NOT WHAT SHOWS IN THE LISTING! The device I ordered was supposed to come with different sized clear earbuds (like ALL the pictures on this listing). This type of plastic tip is durable and allows the user to use the earpiece without the hook if they wish. I RECEIVED a device with a cheap thin Chinese rubber eartip that is not flat and not strong enough to wear the headphones. Earphones, no catch. I wear hearing aids and needed a flat ear tip to reflect the advertising in this listing so I can wear this device over my hearing aids without the need for a clear plastic hook. Everything is easy. For the last 10 years I have used Plantronic devices solely because they use this design. When I saw this device with the same earbuds, I went for it.
