A bit small
My son is almost three years old. He wears 5T pants. I bought size 4-6 and they are comfortable. I'm sure they stretch after wearing them all day, but the belt isn't much bigger than the 2-3 year old underwear I change out. I keep them to myself because he likes superhero pictures and they don't have the superhero logo in the next size up.
