Review on Bookassist by Bryan Orozco

I love that this bookassist is such an easy system for me to use in my hotel room! It's very user friendly for our guests as well. We've been using it now at least 5 years so we have had some time to learn how to make best decisions when choosing which features are important for us. There aren't many things I dislike about this program really. The software works great but sometimes you'll get questions from your guest that can be tough to answer or understand. If they're able to speak English then most of them will figure out what you mean eventually. But if not, then there might be a language barrier problem here. As long as everything goes smoothly then all good :) Our guests enjoy being able to check off their preferences while staying in our rooms. They also like having access to the internet via wifi hotspots located throughout our resort.
