Easy way not only with rooms but other services too

It is very easy to use and it helps you manage all your bookings in one place. I like that it has an integrated CRM system so I can also use it as a customer database. The interface could be more modern and user friendly. I don't like how sometimes the booking engine doesn't work properly (for example when trying to make room reservations). Also, there are some bugs that are difficult to fix. I highly recommend this platform for any hotel or hospitality business. It's very easy to use and it…

My experience with Room Assistant has always gone quite smooth and without problems

I love that this bookassist is such an easy system for me to use in my hotel room! It's very user friendly for our guests as well. We've been using it now at least 5 years so we have had some time to learn how to make best decisions when choosing which features are important for us. There aren't many things I dislike about this program really. The software works great but sometimes you'll get questions from your guest that can be tough to answer or understand.
