Review on Bookassist by Michael Patilla

It is very easy to use and it helps you manage all your bookings in one place. I like that it has an integrated CRM system so I can also use it as a customer database. The interface could be more modern and user friendly. I don't like how sometimes the booking engine doesn't work properly (for example when trying to make room reservations). Also, there are some bugs that are difficult to fix. I highly recommend this platform for any hotel or hospitality business. It's very easy to use and it makes managing my bookings much easier. I am able to see at once which of my customers have made a reservation and which ones haven't.
