Okay let me start by saying I was very excited to try this product. I mean, leaving a smaller carbon footprint with this biodegradable, reusable filament was a dream come true. That dream quickly turned into a nightmare when I found out that this thread broke all the time. I would say the spacing between my teeth is normal, ie they all fit snugly together with no big gaps and maybe a few teeth that are really tight together and hard to floss, but just a little! When using this product I can never clean my whole mouth with just one floss, it ALWAYS snaps once and sometimes even twice before I can go through all my teeth. Also, this thread is a bit thicker than your regular synthetic nylon thread, which is why I ripped off my crown one night while threading it. Well maybe it was my technique of using the thread where I move the thread up and down rather than down and pull it out. But still, if a broken crown was one of the issues, I'd take all the blame. But the fact that this thread keeps breaking and I have to change the thread two or three times can only frustrate me. I've never had this problem with normal nylon thread. If your teeth are further apart, it might work well without breaking.
