I have several more expensive fur blankets and they have long been a regular Christmas present in my family. In any case, I had to give one to my sister for reasons I won't elaborate on, but I didn't want to spend the higher price. I chose this one because the price for a fur blanket is very low, the color looked great in the photos and it was available immediately from stock. Now that I've been able to compare it to mine I can say that the durability seems to be just as good, but the quality of the duvet itself, the fur isn't that dense so it's a bit inferior, but that's about 1/3 it of the price. Good deal indeed. This is a very pure shade of white, not creamy. What I like, it's flashy and soft. Everything you need in one blanket. Advantages: 1st price2. Super soft, a bit like down feathers3. Nice shade of white Disadvantages: 1. Fur density could be better
