Works well for the price

The first unit I received was defective. I am impressed with their customer service. I emailed Ricank describing the problem and they asked for a photo of the fault (cut out depth numbers) and they agreed it was a defect and sent a replacement. You couldn't ask for better customer service! I have no way of comparing the accuracy of the device, but for its price it works well.
