Buy one size up for comfort. I'm 5'6" and 120 pounds. Bust 34A. My sizes are 35-25-36. The medium size fits well and is snug on the shoulders, chest and hips. Loose around the waist in a good way. I have long arms and the sleeves end at my wrists (although they can be longer for most people with thumb holes). This top is gorgeous and flattering! The material is not soft. Some people say it is. Trust me it's not. But it's not terrible and the cut is so flattering I wear it. Doesn't look like it's "fun" to sweat (can get picky).
