Mascara Holy Grail Status

Considering I only have one eyelid, finding mascara that doesn't bleed can be a real challenge. The few that survived my oily, monolithic eyelids were waterproof mascara by Loreal and Asian mascara like Isehan's Kiss Me Heroine mascara. However, after hearing about the wonders of mascara I gave it a try as it is so inexpensive and has many reviews. After trying it in the Texas heat I have to say this is a GREAT mascara as it didn't even budge from the oil, sweat and eye rubs. First a detailed analysis, there are two sides. primer side and mascara side. Both sides are shorter than the stick's standard length when open, but that doesn't matter much as the brush remains a normal size. The shape of the brush is regular, with natural bristles, and I found it really separates the lashes. The primer side is great as it really helps increase the length and volume of your lashes before applying mascara. The mascara itself is very black and applies smoothly with no clumps. It takes a little time (a few minutes) to dry, but after that it becomes resilient. So if you're looking for mascara that doesn't move, this is it. Speaking of immobile mascara, the interesting part is removing the mascara though. Because it's a mascara, the formula coats your lashes instead of just coating them with pigment. So when you want to remove it, it peels off like little fuzzy tubes, not just pigment. So don't think you're losing eyelashes without taking a closer look. The closest analogy that comes to mind is that the mascara tube is like putting a glove on your hand. It conforms to your hand, but when you need to remove the glove it retains a certain shape (hence the tube's name). All you need is warm water to remove and some gentle rubbing to loosen the hoses. Really easy. The only downside I would say is that this mascara really doesn't budge with other makeup removers like micellar and oil-based makeup removers. Tried with normal micellar water, nothing happens. Even my holy grail Lancome bifacil doesn't remove much (more than micellar, but still not enough). Unfortunately, if you're lazy like me, you'll have to get up to go to the dishes. Overall, this mascara does a great job and I highly recommend it.
