cheap material good for hats and caps

I have similar hats but they are much stronger, like a tarp for a tent. This hat is much thinner, maybe like some sort of denim t-shirt. And "fatigue" isn't inspiring - if you don't factor in the packaging, which caused the hat to wrinkle badly. In general it can be better.
