Apparently I'm just stupid. Was caught without thinking to look back at the reviews. For some reason mine did not enter the circle. I figured I should press it onto the dispenser like a clamp. HA! It showed up so quickly. I don't know if I had to hang it it would fall off the dispenser spout. or I could try unscrewing it, putting it on and unscrewing it again. I poke a hole through it and tie it to my laundry dispenser. I don't know why it looks like a clip if it doesn't snap into place like you think it does. I'm just stupid I guess. It should have instructions for stupid people like me. I looked at the reviews and everyone else looks different and some people had to change that.
