It broke my computer for audio and video accessories

This product is an absolute joke, doesn't work. The program it comes with messes up my computer and destroys the frame rate and everything else I'm chasing. I have a fully upgraded computer and I can run almost any game at the highest quality you can imagine, but for some reason this crap is killing it.
