This was essential during my mother's recovery at home after hip surgery. It works well and the number of base stations and transmitters is perfect for our needs. This built confidence in everyone involved in her recovery during the first few weeks of her recovery when she required extra help, and still offers considerable peace of mind now that she is almost fully recovered and almost everything back to herself does (everything but wash dishes, which I guess she just doesn't want to do anyway - and I can't fault her). We also had fun going through all the different base station tones but settled on the default tone.
