Great product for managing grocery store stock

I like that you can use your smartphone to scan in items, it's easy to organize inventory with tags/categories etc., great customer service! It took me awhile but after some research and emailing support they were able to help us get our software up & running quickly. We have been using this program since 2016 so we are still learning how best utilize all of its features (we're only 3 months into using). The benefits include ease of scanning barcodes from mobile devices as well as being able to easily add new products or change existing ones without having to reenter them by hand.

Pros

Easy interface very user friendly for both staff members AND customers when logging product information ability track store sales via POS system; also allows tracking stock levels at any time too which is helpful if there may be an issue where something was sold out unexpectedly.
Customer Service team available 24 hours per day 7 days week ready whenever needed
