As a social media influencer, I'm constantly searching for fresh companies to work with. When I discovered BRANTON, whose goods are high-quality and long-lasting, I believed I had struck gold. Boy, was I mistaken! Despite having excellent products, they provided subpar customer support. Strangely, I thought dealing with customers was the whole point of owning a company, but it seems like they don't want to! They took a long time to reply to my messages, and when they did, it was with canned answers that didn't even attempt to address my issues. I am a customer service enthusiast, so I was very dissatisfied with BRANTON. Such excellent products are let down by such subpar customer care, which is unfortunate. They would become a brand to be reckoned with if they could enhance their customer care, but until then, I'll be doing business with someone else.
