Just what we need for our two little Yorkies who play pranks when Mom and Dad aren't home. We tried other gates but our little Sophia (nickname Houdini) somehow managed to get out of all of them; she climbed over the bars or walked through them. It's completely closed. What a great concept! It's so light, foldable and portable. That is amazing! The quality is superb, from the mesh windows, sides and floor to the zippers and Velcro that secure the door flap. The top cover is easy to remove and stays attached so it cannot be lost. When it's closed you get a nice little hiding place. They're perfect for the two of you to hang out and sleep together. This is the perfect size for Sofia and Maya. Because it's waterproof, it's very easy to wash if you're still potty trained. We needed something light and portable that we could take with us when visiting family and friends. This is perfect for staying safe at home and elsewhere. This saves her from being mischievous and getting in trouble with her older sister Chloe. It folds up and down in seconds so easily, it's VERY easy to carry in the carry case that folds into place. If you don't want to mess with the bag, there's an elastic band that holds it together. We couldn't be happier about this purchase! I love the small collapsible food or water bowl that comes with it. ABSOLUTELY recommended! A NOTICE. The caveat is that it's SO light and portable, so when Sophia and Maya play and wrestle in it, it tends to move and/or tip over. We put weights in the pillowcases to keep them from slipping on the tiled floor while playing. Problem solved!
