Good quality, a bit heavy.
This is a very good tool for strengthening the neck. It's soft, fits (adjustable). I only gave it 4 stars because it's a bit heavy for me, around 10 pounds. I used it once for about half an hour and my back hurt for the next 3 days. There are no instructions as to how long it should be worn. I'm 50 years old and very active in the gym - 5 days a week.
