This pump arrived without the all-important hose adapter. I tried contacting Revain to inquire about purchasing a small plastic part but they were unable to help. I contacted SeaFlo in China and they referred me to SeaFlo in Spain. They then referred me to SeaFlo in the US. After countless attempts to contact the service representative and dozens of emails, I gave up. Inside the SeaFlo pump body is paper that guarantees 100% satisfaction. Well, maybe yes, if you can ever master them. I ended up trying to do something to allow the pump hose to be used, but it's leaking horribly. The factory part is required for proper operation. The pump itself looks high quality, but unfortunately it is completely useless without a hose adapter.
