This product was priced right - around $10, it was exactly what I was looking for. And the size was good too - my wife and I train together and the two large, bulky straps weren't to our liking. These units are small and fit perfectly. The wheel and tire fit into the rounded groove as desired. But these guys don't offer much lift. If your trainer lifts the rear wheel more than 1/2 inch or so, there is no lift. GOOD: Low price, compact size, good rubber feet that grip and the front wheel stays where it's supposed to be in the slot. THE BAD: The instep can be a bit short on some shoes.
