Cheap. Better as a pencil holder than an umbrella
The screws are too short to clamp the padding to the top of the carriage so I attached them halfway. Seemed safe until I tucked an umbrella in. Then it will not stand up. So I puffed it until I couldn't puff anymore. Wouldn't be sure. I gave up and got wet. When I got home I noticed that the plastic was cracked and almost broke at the base. Strangely where the plastic is thickest.
