Review on Club OS by Paul Dobson

This system allows us to make calls/send emails and text members on the go! I don't like that I cannot schedule calls, instead have to have someone be free on the phone when a member calls. This can also be a time waster for a sales rep who has to answer the phone. It can also be hard to send emails because you usually need to reply to it or they do not come through. We realized a lot of our non-gym members that we have contacted before are now gym members, therefore increasing our revenue and keeping clients. I like that we have been able to keep our membership up year after years using this system! It is very user friendly which makes everyone feel comfortable when they are working out at their local gym or studio because everything looks familiar from home!! Also having my own personal trainer who helps me train as well so she can see what exercises i need next week (my favorite part).
