cup warmer and cup set arrived very securely packaged. After a thorough wash, it was ready to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I've only been using this mug warmer for two days and wish I had bought it much sooner. My coffee was hot and ready to drink within hours. The lid that comes with the mug set is wooden, but does a great job of preventing the liquid from evaporating between sips. So far he has my recommendation. The only thing I don't know yet is durability. Guess I'll have to find out in the future.
