Falls off and won't stay in place

DO NOT buy these lights. I bought them and after an hour of driving both fell off and I couldn't fix either of them. They don't keep their place. Each hit tilts them towards the ground, rendering the light useless. The clip doesn't hold them well, as you can see from the photos, they've either come loose or slipped off. I'm hoping I can get the company to send me a new kit as I only wear rings more so cars can see me and not light up the road ahead.

Pros

EASY TO INSTALL: No tools required and installation takes just seconds to be ready for a night ride. Fastening straps are not universal, and the dimensions of the lights are ideal for any activity.

Cons
