Great Solution to keep employees and managers connected
Easy access for my team with one place that can be accessed from any location through multiple devices (mobile/PC). The ability of tracking performance data in real-time as well allowing me view all information about an employee is so helpful! I wish there was more reports available when it comes time or creating customized ones but overall its easy enough using this tool without being complicated which makes accessing easier than other tools out here today including our previous software provider. Its like having another HR department within myself since i have direct contact 24 hours 7 days 365 throughout different types weathers conditions such high heat /humidity etc..
Pros
- Ability to see everything you want right away
- Great organization system
- Efficiently run program at very affordable costs per month compared others services.
- No need much staff involvement even just 1 person could do things great if trained properly & guided by experts :)
Cons
- Not really many options outside basic functions.
- Reports are limited, yet not good
