Didn't work at all - spent an hour on it

1. Windows 10 keeps disconnecting and connecting the device2. If you see a device in Control Panel/Devices - Elgato Camlink 4k - if it appears in the Devices panel (it disappears and turns off), when you click Properties you will see an exclamation mark - and a message that this device did not start and some then error code 10 something like that.3. Tried restarting several times, even plugged it into a USB 2.0 port, nothing really worked. I have an Elgato HD60 Pro and it works fine so I'm not sure about Camlink 4K, it may have been released prematurely without proper testing! :( - I really wanted this to work but it didn't work.
