After making a recent purchase of industrial magnets from the online store operated by LOVIMAG, I have to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with every aspect of the transaction. To begin, the quality of the packaging was poor, and a number of the magnets were already broken when they were delivered. When I attempted to use the magnets for the do-it-yourself project I was working on, I found that they did not work as well as advertised. They were so feeble that they were unable to keep even the smallest fragments of metal in place. The products' low standard of quality was a major source of frustration for me. The poor quality of the customer support I received made an already difficult situation even more difficult. After contacting the business to voice my concerns, I was given a response that was unhelpful and condescending. It is abundantly obvious that LOVIMAG does not place a priority on the satisfaction of their customers. When it comes to shopping for industrial magnets, I do not encourage doing so at the online store operated by LOVIMAG. The poor quality of the products, in conjunction with the unsatisfactory customer service, makes for a purchasing experience that is both frustrating and disappointing.
