First time installing footrests on a truck and this project went very well. However, I cannot stress enough that the buyer cross references their car to ensure they have purchased the correct brackets and footpegs. Year, model and body type all play a role in determining the right elements. These brackets were installed without drilling holes in the floor of a truck (2012 Chevy Silverado LT Extended Cab). It took the first party a little longer to figure out which holes to use as the mounting holes. The second side took less time since we had already determined where the fasteners would be. The mounts are heavy and should last a long time.
