The staff member I talked with was very professional, well-spoken & knowledgeable about our product line! This is an excellent service for any business needing customer support or technical assistance from their web hosting providers/providers of other products they use (eCommerce).

It's worth checking out this solution if you're having issues that are preventing your site visitors form accessing it properly - but otherwise don't expect too much change because there really isn’t anything wrong here at first glance. Their website has been easy enough to learn how things work as far back navigation goes however when trying to get into specific areas like setting up email accounts etc., its not clear where everything should be placed.
