Failed assembly for heating, cooling and air quality

4 screws are pre-installed on the base that screw into the panel from the back, not the parts bag. 3 screws were tightened but I managed to loosen them. 1 was VERY tight and didn't come loose. It broke off before it came loose. So I couldn't get past step 1 in the build. I figured if the shipping was that bad I wouldn't want to risk it so I sent it back. Never turned on.
