We have been using Tidy Cat's lightweight cat litter (the red version which fights odor 24/7) but there is a problem with the lightweight material, this lies in the fact that it is easier for cats to track him down anywhere. So we decided to try this brand of "the world's best cat litter". We tried both red and purple bags. odorless and scented with lavender. Initially my cats got sick from the lavender smelling sachet. The day after they put it in, they both stopped eating. That went on for two and a half weeks. After about a week, one of them started throwing up almost every day. I took him to the vet without even thinking about kitty litter until it came up in the discussion. Switched back to Tidy Cat and within 2 days both cats were back to normal, appetite and all. We also hated the smell of lavender. It almost made the smell of urine worse. It was like a smelly person just putting on perfume instead of taking a shower. You can tell there's something underneath and that makes the masking odor much worse. As for odorless things: zero odor control. This brand has an advantage, which is that it has very little dust. But other than that, it didn't fit into our budget and I won't be buying it again.
