Works well on my review.
Easy to insert into any flange (i have both the medela and spectra) easy removal and cleaning.
Only thing i dont like is that the plastic is not totally see through, so ensuring you are perfectly centered is a bit more challenging. Other than that I would recommend.

- May not fit as well as the original replacement parts
