I'm disappointed. This scale is inconsistent in the readings. I tried changing the batteries thinking that might be the problem but that didn't help. I even made sure to handle the scale very carefully so as not to damage it. I need to use exact grams to make soap. I've tried weighing the same item multiple times and the readings are different each time. If you leave the goods on the scale and wait 5-10 seconds, the readings will fluctuate even more (weight up and down). I even tried taring between cradles and it made no difference. If you don't need exact grams, these scales are for you. The numbers are well lit and easy to read. Unfortunately I have to look for other scales for my needs.
