** edit January 19, 2021 Unfortunately no longer works. The suspension is "lame" and does not hold the phone in an upright position. It might have been too heavy with the Galaxy S10, so I tried the iPhone 6, which is much smaller and lighter. no keeps lagging no matter what I've done to troubleshoot. I contacted tech support and it turns out that the Galaxy S10 may not be supported, but I believe the iPhone 6 should be. So sorry. If it worked, it worked great! I just don't understand why it stopped. Well I think I'll go back and buy a more expensive and reliable one. When I first received this package, the first thing that struck me was the rather snazzy packaging, particularly the foam sleeve inside the box that can be used as a portable sleeve. This made me very upset, but when I downloaded the app and tried to connect, it failed to connect. I have a Galaxy S10 and have also tried using both Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6. I went through many different troubleshooting steps but couldn't figure it out. I was so upset that I put everything in the box and prepared to return it immediately. However, I decided to email tech support and give them less than 24 hours before I get back, but surprisingly they responded early the next day! Despite broken English, they asked me if I selected "Other" when trying to connect the app to your phone. . To indicate that after downloading the ZY Play app from Playstore/Apple Store, you will see "For smartphones" and "Connect now" on the bottom right corner on the main page. Actually you need to go to the 3 line icon (for the menu) in the top left corner of the app and here you will find "other" for the model. As soon as I did that, the app instantly connected via Bluetooth and I was in business. The app is quite basic, and as mentioned, it definitely takes some trial and error to get used to. However, the thing works. I just shot a test video with no additional settings to test the gyroscope and it's pretty reliable. I hope this review helps some of you who are having the same phone connection problem.
