I have been looking for a smartphone stabilizer for many years. I finally bought this one after a YouTube review of "best stabilizer under $100". Best of all: works great! Panning works great. The battery lasts forever. Made from high quality metal. All buttons work with the user application. You have to download it from the App Store. The not so important part: I'm using an iPhone 8 plus and this gimbal struggles with the weight of the phone. It cannot be rotated 360 degrees on the iPhone Plus

The title of my review pretty much sums it up. This is a relatively cheap stabilizer as most of these stabilizers can easily cost over $200. I bought it to use on several trips to Big Sur, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. Paired with the brilliant iPhone X camera, this thing is GREAT for that purpose. As a product alone (in other words, excluding the app, I'll get to that later) it's great for phones and delivers beautifully smooth footage almost every time. As long as you don't accidentally turn it on

** edit January 19, 2021 Unfortunately no longer works. The suspension is "lame" and does not hold the phone in an upright position. It might have been too heavy with the Galaxy S10, so I tried the iPhone 6, which is much smaller and lighter. no keeps lagging no matter what I've done to troubleshoot. I contacted tech support and it turns out that the Galaxy S10 may not be supported, but I believe the iPhone 6 should be. So sorry. If it worked, it worked great! I just don't understand why it…
