I can't get this gun to work. The best I can do is end up with a thinner drop and at a much higher pressure than you should be using for an HVLP gun. I experimented a lot with all settings and here is the result with a large 1.8 nozzle. I bought this gun because the reviews were great and I wanted good quality. I had to use my $30 gun on my last project because it was completely useless. This initial problem was mostly my fault. There is an airflow setting that I missed. The gun works great and is easy to clean. One thing that would save my troubles is a better guide. A page or two would suffice, but in my package they weren't, just a parts diagram. Anyway, my problems with it are gone.
