Review on 🔑 Enhanced Range & Lower Cost: Firefly 300 Multicode 3089 Keychain Remote (Gray) by Cyrus Wright

The remote control was difficult to open. You had to have a very small screwdriver to undo the screw and tips from other reviews helped me undo the tab. I was able to easily change the pins to set the number and when I removed the battery from the activation the entire motherboard fell out of the remote. I'm not sure if this should have happened or not. It was very difficult to put back together, even trying the remote control. I went into the garage to try it out and although the red light came on to show the power was on, the door would not open from any angle. I don't know if I wasn't close enough to the subway, but there's no way to get any closer once I was in the car. I went to initiate a return and was shocked to find that they do not accept returns! I went back and reread the listing and nowhere in the listing does it say it's non-returnable or non-refundable. I clicked on the store name as it was sold by someone else and looked at the return policy (which honestly most people won't do before buying) and it says to check Revain's return policy. I emailed Revain and was grateful they were able to refund the money for it, but didn't have to go through all the hassle of returning a non-working item. I do not recommend this product or the seller.
