I have not tested the product for durability but so far it works exactly as I expected. This was the only cable gland I could find that included two sets of rubber grommets to accommodate 3mm to 12mm (most are something like 3-6mm or 6-12mm). In addition, IP67 is an established standard and gives me confidence in my abilities compared to the competition. I removed the antenna on my old Airstream and as a result had to deal with the horrible "sealing" where the cable entered the roof. After removing the old silicone glue, I prewired the 4AWG wires for my future solar array and used this dual cable entry gland to close the hole. I used Trempro 635 around the flange and drilled 6 holes about the same distance apart. I actually preferred that this block didn't have pre-drilled holes because it allows users some flexibility to best adapt to different roof geometries and mounting requirements.
