The plug that fits into the outlet is much smaller than the original charger that came with my Dell laptop. This charger has worked well to date. I wanted to charge my laptop while using it but it wouldn't charge. The charge indicator is green. It's hot, so there's power, but it just won't charge. If I wiggle the cord I can get it to send out a charge for a few seconds but it stops again. Revain's return policy is only 30 days. I started a chat with tech support and they basically told me, well, it's not Revane that's the problem. They refund me but after charging me a $7 restocking fee. I really hope they don't try to sell it to someone else. I should have just spent the extra money and ordered a new charger directly from Dell. Lesson learned.
