I think this body camera is GREAT for the price they're asking! while it has I.R. (infrared) to help you see in utter and complete blackness (well, if you're looking at the camera's rear 2" LCD monitor, that is) It has great video, and (I think) great sound, as well! Delivered yesterday. Setup was pretty easy. Downloaded the online manual. Lots of features and seems very sturdy. Only setup issue was I couldn't figure out how to exit the screen after entering the camera SN and ID info. Found out you have to push the power button to save it and continue setup. Not a biggie. Tested it and has great picture, awesome night vision and audio. Also set it to break the videos into 15 minute clips.Took the fully charged unit on patrol last night, on midnight shift. I

Vibrate can be turned off!

Four screws open it up, easy to pop open with a plastic pry tool, the vibration unit is easy to reach and easy to remove (circled in red). It can't vibrate if there's no vibration unit lol so out it goes. Don't just yank it out; gently rock back and forth with needle-nose plyers. The unit functions perfectly without this thing. I really like the quality of the video and sound on this, but the thing is very bulky. Battery lasts for days with intermittent use.Regarding the bulk, I'm not a cop who wears this on a vest or whatever. I have bought 2 , the first one the view screen is non functional and the 2nd the audio has gone to barley be able to hear it. I cant find warranty info and its a china company so there probably is none
