It can't vibrate if there's no vibration unit lol so out it goes. Don't just yank it out; gently rock back and forth with needle-nose plyers. The unit functions perfectly without this thing. Don't forget to clean the lens and cover with a lint-free cloth before reassembling.NOW this camera is awesome. It functions perfectly, gives great video for it's purpose, and catches the dirty little scumbags that sneak into my office while I'm away red-handed. A great nanny-cam too. Set it to motion detect and it'll do it's thing auto-magically.One more thing: Get the unit with more storage. Spend the extra couple of bucks.
